Parents/ Carers of Year 6 Pupils,
I
was delighted with the effort and time that children had clearly spent on the first
English Homework. Because children are
working so hard on these pieces and producing such quality work, they take a
considerable time to mark. It means that
I need to keep the books for longer to be able to read, enjoy and give
individual feedback. This is a lovely
problem to have! Therefore, I would like to make a change to the homework
system and will now keep the English homework books for longer and children
will receive a shorter task alternately with the longer ‘bubble’ homework
tasks.
